摘要：改革开放以来,我国安全生产总体状况趋于好转,但个别行业仍频发安全事故,改善安全生产软环境建设势在必行。基于目前我国安全生产软环境建设存在的诸多问题,应从完善立法、深化监管体制改革、提高监管者素质、营造良好的人才环境等四个方面推进我国经济社会的可持续发展。
The overall situation of production safety in central plains economic zone is getting better ,but frequent ac-cidents are still exits in particular industry .It is imperative to improving the soft environment construction of produc-tion safety .Based on the problems of soft environment construction of production safety ,we should promote sustain-able development of central plains economic zone in many ways ,such as improving our legislation and the diathesis of supervisor ,reforming the system of work safety ,building a better environment for talents ,introducing replaceable supervisory systems and so on .
