摘要：知识分享所带来的敏感而复杂的人性隐忧、专业隐忧以及利益隐忧羁绊着教师的分享意愿和分享行为,知识隐藏行为不免发生。然而知识分享并非零和游戏,贡献知识所产生的个人化价值与社会化价值远远比知识隐藏下的自我利益的维系和捍卫更具价值和深义。因此,有必要对教师知识分享过程中的知识隐藏行为予以警惕和矫正:为教师个人知识分享提供稳定合理的收益预期,同时注重其专业承诺品质的培养;强化知识节点的分享要义,优化知识表达方式;促进教师间专业关系的积极建构,深度参与知识分享者的教学生活实践;努力营造互惠互利的组织分享氛围,共创共担共享的知识发展愿景。
In the process of teachers’ personal knowledge sharing,sharing will and behavior are affected by the sensitivity,complex human nature hidden worries,professional hidden worries and interest hidden worries,the problem of knowledge hiding based on humanity,specialty and benefit is more prominent.However,knowledge sharing is not a zero-sum game,and the personal and social value generated by knowledge contribution is far more valuable and profound than the maintenance and defense of self-interest hidden under knowledge.Therefore,we should prevent and correct the knowledge hiding behavior in the process of teachers’ personal knowledge sharing,and the countermeasures should focus on the following points:to provide stable income expectation for teachers’ personal knowledge sharing and to pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ professional commitment quality;to strengthen the sharing of knowledge node and to optimize the way of knowledge expression;to promote the active construction of teachers’ professional relationship and to "share" the life style of knowledge sharers measures such as creating a sharing atmosphere of mutual benefit and creating a shared vision of knowledge development.
