摘要:以高纯度Al和Pb为原料,采用铸造方法制备Al-Pb合金,对其进行激光表面处理,研究激光处理热影响区的微观组织,进而分析影响Al-Pb合金形核率的因素。结果表明,激光表面处理可以细化Al-Pb合金的晶粒,并使组织更加均匀,显著提高合金的使用性能。
The Al-Pb alloy was prepared by casting using high purity Al and Pb, and the surface of the alloy was processed by laser. The microstructure and nucleation rate of the alloy during solidification were studied. The results show that the grain of the alloy is refmed and the microstructure of the alloy is uniform after laser treatment, and the mechanical properites of the alloy are improved significantly.
