摘要:研究以聚丙烯酰胺为分散剂 ,采用微波—凝胶法制备纳米Y2 O3稳定ZrO2 (YSZ)微粒的条件。分别用红外光谱 (IR)、X射线粉末衍射 (XRD)、扫描电镜 (SEM)及电测量技术 ,对纳米YSZ微粒的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明 :在 65 0℃微波热处理得到立方相纳米YSZ微粒 ,平均粒径为 3 5nm左右 ,在 4 5 0~ 1 0 0 0℃温度范围内呈现出较高的电导率 。
Using poly-acrylamide as solvent,the conditions of preparing nanoparticle Y 2O 3 stabilized ZrO 2 by the microwave-gel method were studied.The constitution and properties of that system were also studied by using of IR spectrum,XRD,SEM and electrical conductivity measurements.The results show that the cubic nanoparticle of YSZ are obtained by microwave heat treatment at 650℃.The mean particle sizes are about 35nm.They have better conductivity at 450~1000℃.
