摘要：供给侧改革是当前我国经济扭转困局的重要举措,为了顺利进行需要多项配套改革。在此过程中,社会保障领域需要不断建设和完善,以保障供给侧改革的顺利进行。作为社会保障改革的一项内容,老年护理服务将是未来农村老年人的重要潜在需求,也完全符合供给侧改革追求绿色发展的要求,将会是经济发展新的增长点,需要投入政策、人力、财力积极开发培育,产业化将是较为可行的方向。但是基于我国农村社区的实际情况,农村老年护理服务产业化应该找到具有中国特色的发展道路。
The structural reform of the supply front is an important measure to turn a difficult situation around facing with the risk of the economic downturn. It needs the supporting reforms to go on wheels, such as social security system. As the content of the social system innovation, the nursing care service will be the latent demand for the old people in the rural area and the new economic growth point. We must put the policy, the manpower, the resources into developing and culturing it, because it is in conformity with the green growth. At present, the industrialization is the feasible road. But basing on the actual situation of the rural community, the industrialization of nursing care service for old people in the rural area must find one road with Chinese characteristics.
