摘要:针对传统深腔加工过程中由于切削力、切削热过大而导致其加工精度降低、表面质量较差的问题。提出一种适用于深腔加工的超声振动系统方案,设计了旋转式有气隙的无线电能传输装置、超长型指数过渡复合变幅杆,并通过仿真软件和试验对其结构进行了分析和验证。试验结果表明:超声振动系统未达到最佳谐振状态前,其输出端振幅随着超声波发生器功率的增大而增大。整个系统在8小时连续工作过程中,系统谐振频率、电流保持稳定,输出端振幅基本不变、雾化效果良好,且零部件深腔加工的表面质量和加工精度也较高。
For the problem that excessive cutting force and cutting heat lead to reducing the machining precision and a poorer surface quality in the traditional deep cavity machining process, the solution of ultrasonic vibration system suitable for the cavity machining is proposed. The wireless power transmission device and super long index transition compound horn are designed, and then the structures are analyzed and verified through the simulation software and experiment. The result indicates that the output amplitude of the ultrasonic vibration increases with the increasing of the ultrasonic generator power. The system has a stable resonant frequency and current, also the output amplitude is essentially the same and the atomization effect is good in the continuous working for 8 hours, and surface quality and machining precision of the deep cavity machining of parts is higher.
