摘要：文摘无形资产是图书馆的重要资源与核心竞争力的主要体现,图书馆应加强对无形资产的管理。论述了图书馆无形资产的内涵,探讨了无形资产评估对无形资产管理的促进作用,从提高思想意识、培养专门人才、建立规章制度、开展理论研究、完善政策法规等方面就图书馆无形资产评估制度的构建问题提出若干看法。
Intangible fixed assets are important resources for libraries and manifest the core of Its competitive ability,libraries must strengthen intangible fixed assets mangement.The thesis expounds the connotation of intangible fixed assets,dicusses that intangible fixed assets evaluation could greatly promote the mangement of these assets.Suggestions to make up the evaluation system are given from the respects of raising the consciousness,training high-grade talent,building the rule and regulations,developing theory research,improving the system of policies etc.
