摘要:为了提高滑板涂料黏度对温度的稳定性及其他性能,以质量分数分别为30%的鳞片石墨、5%的h-BN微粉+Si微粉、2%的正丁醇、2%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂OP、61%的去离子水+聚乙二醇6000制成铝碳滑板用润滑涂料,主要研究了聚乙二醇6000加入量(质量分数分别为1%、2%、3%、4%、5%)对涂料的黏度、耐磨性、抗氧化性等性能的影响。结果表明,聚乙二醇6000加入量(w)为3%时,滑板涂料的黏度适中,黏度随温度变化较小,耐磨性和抗氧化性也较佳。
In order to improve the viscosity stability to temperature and other properties of the slide plate coating, lubricant coating for alumina carbon slide plates was prepared using 30% (in mass, the same hereinafter) flake graphite,5% h-BN micropowder + Si micropowder,2% surface active agent OP,2% n-butyl alcohol ,61% polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000 + deionized water as starting materials. Effects of PEG 6000 additions ( 1 % ,2% ,3% ,4%, and 5% ) on coating viscosity, abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance were mainly studied. The results show when PEG 6000 addition is 3% ,the viscosity of slide plate coating is moderate and varies with temperature slightly ,the abrasion resistance and oxidation resistance are good.
