摘要:研究超精密机床弹性微进给装置一体化设计方法,提出了基于拓扑优化设计、参数优化设计、可靠性分析的一体化设计方法,并对超精密机床弹性进给装置进行了拓扑优化设计和参数优化设计;基于可靠性分析方法,研究了材料及几何尺寸的随机性对进给装置输出位移的影响规律,为超精密机床弹性进给装置的设计及性能分析提供了方法和依据。
The integrated design method for elastic microfeeding device of uhraprecision machine tool was studied. Based on to pology optimization, parameter optimization design and reliability analysis, an integrated design method for the device was proposed. The topology optimization design and parameter optimization design were done. Moreover, based on reliability analysis methods, the influence of the randomness of the materials parameters and geometric dimensions to its output displacement was studied. The research provides method and basis for design and performance analysis of the elastic microfeeding device of ultraprecision machine tool.
