摘要：By using the method of literature material method, investigation interview method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis,etc, From the research on Employment cost of henan's Postgraduate,we found that, at present,the cost in the employment of the master graduate students is too high and it is getting higher and higher.The paper based on the analysis of the cost in the present employment of master graduate students,is aimed to point out the fact that the government,the colleges,the master graduate students and the units or enterprises must unite together to take effective measures to decrease the cost in the employment of college graduates so as to build a fair and harmonious society.
