摘要：文章通过对河南省农村体育人力资源的现状研究,针对社会体育指导员数量严重不足,难以满足农村体育公共服务的问题,提出相应对策,为地方政府部门发展农村体育、构建我国新农村体育公共服务体系提供理论参考。
This paper through the research on the current situation of rural sports human resources in Henan Province, the paper found that the serious shortage of social sports instructors caused it difficult to meet the needs of rural sports public service. Therefore, it put forward the corresponding countermeasures and provided some references for the local government to develop rural sports and construct new rural sports public service system in China.
