摘要：通过分析影响中国物业管理服务质量的相关因素,指出只有建立细化的服务标准体系、引导媒体客观连续的报道、物业服务企业树立正确的服务观念、建立物业管理基层调解机制等方法才能真正改进中国物业管理服务质量,实现中国物业管理行业的稳定发展。
By analyzing the related factors affecting the quality of Chinese property management services, the author points out that only by establishing of reifned service standards, guiding the objective of continuous media reports, setting up correct concepts of service and grassroots mediation mechanisms of property management can really improve the quality of Chinese property management services and realize the stable development of Chinese property management industry.
