摘要:目的探讨中学教师的教学效能感、职业倦怠状况及其关系。方法采用教学效能感量表和教师职业倦怠问卷对362名中学教师进行调查分析。结果个人教学效能感显著高于一般教育效能感(P<0.01),教龄因素对教学效能感交互作用非常显著(P<0.01);中学教师职业倦怠现象不严重,女教师情感枯竭水平高于男教师,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);个人教学效能感与去个性化、成就感两个维度及一般教育效能感与情感枯竭维度间均有极显著的线性关系(P<0.01)。结论中学教师的个人教学效能感显著高于一般教育效能感,职业倦怠现象并不严重,成就感较高,女教师情感枯竭水平高于男教师;教学效能感对职业倦怠有很好的预测作用。
Objective To research the characteristic and the relationship between teaching efficacy and professional burnout among teaehers of middle school. Methods Questionnaires about teaching efficacy and professional burnout were used to investigate among 362 seeondary school teachers. Results The personal teaching efficacy was obviously above the general teaehing effieaey among the subjeets(P(0.01) ; the secondary sehoolteaehers were at good eondition of professional burnout, female teaehers had an obviously high degree of emotional exhaustion(P〈0.01) ; the teaching efficacy obviously predicted the professional burnout(P〈0.01). Conclusion The sense of personal teaching efficacy of secondary school teachers is high, the professional burnout isn't serious. Teaching efficacy ean well prediet the professional burnout among secondary schoolteaehers.
