摘要：辞书的编纂原则和特点决定了其版权保护的特殊性,文章从版权归属、独创表达、抄袭判断等三个方面就此问题做了论述,以期对净化学术环境,促进辞书事业的发展起到作用。
The principles and characteristics of the compilation of dictionaries directly determine the special properties of the protection of the copyrights. In order to purify academic environment and to promote the development of lexicography, the paper makes a close study of this problem from three aspects： ownerships of copyrights, the innovative expressions in lexicography, and the judgment of plagiarism in the compilation of dictionaries.
