摘要：绝对的权力导致绝对的腐败,权力只有在健全的制约和监督机制下才能为民造福,达到法的正义.拙文致力于权力制约和监督机制的研究,将从权力、道德、权利三个方面健全权力制约和监督机制.
Absolute power will lead to absolute corruption, so the power can be used to express the justice of law and benefit the people only under the right power restriction and supervision system. Through the research of power restriction and supervision system, this article discusses it from power, morality and right.
