摘要：国有企业产权制度的改革是国企改革第一阶段的任务。只有该阶段的任务得以完成,国企改革才可进一步深化。然而,国企产权制度的改革能否做到卓有成效,取决于公司制与公有制能否有效对接。
It is the task of the first stage of the reform of the state owned enterprise that the property rights of the state owned enprise is reformed. If the task is accomplished, the reform of the owned enterprise will be deepened, However, the key of the reform of the state owned enterprise s property rights is that the public ownership and the corporate system is docked.
