摘要:为解决某离心泵在试验时出现的压力、流量瞬时大幅度下降、波动和管路中充满气泡的现象,基于离心泵空化和回流机理,通过优化离心泵进油口、诱导轮参数和结构来改善空化现象,提高离心泵抗气蚀性能。经过仿真分析和试验验证,取得了良好的效果。
To solve the pressure of centrifugal pump in test, the greatly instantaneous decreased flow rate, fluctuation and bubble phenomenon in the pipeline, based on cavitation and backflow mechanism of centrifugal pump, through optimization of the oil inlet in centrifugal pump, parameters and structure inducer to improve the cavitation phenomenon of centrifugal pump, the anti-cavitation performance is improved. Through simulation analysis and experimental verification, good results are achieved.
