摘要:测控数据的实时传输已经成为现代测控系统,尤其是大型军工试验首要解决的问题之一;针对大型测控试验中监测点多而分散,数据传输实时性要求高的情况,提出采用分层网络结构实现系统的数据流传递;各监测点以及数据服务器之间采用反射内存网络确保测控数据的实时传输,数据处理后期工作采用传统以太网实现连接;由于LabVIEW平台在测控领域举足轻重的地位,进行了LabVIEW平台与反射内存网络的交互设计,通过将通信流程划分为多个子CIN节点,多个节点组合在LabVIEW中循环查询的方法,有效避免了3种常用方法导致软件平台"假死"的现象;试验表明反射内存网络实时性良好,各模拟参量以及温压测试数据实现实时传输,系统软件运行稳定可靠,达到系统预期设计目的。
It has been one of the first problems need to be solved to the real time data transmission in modern measurement and control system, especially in the war industry experimentation. Aimed at the situation of excess and separate monitor points and high requirement of real time data transmission in the large-scale experiment, layered network structure was proposed to transmit system data stream. Reflected memory network was used between monitor points and data servers to insure the real time transmission, while the traditional Ethernet was adapted to connect the later data process work. For the decisive position in the measurement and control field of LabVIEW, the interactive design was introduced between LabVIEW and reflective memory network. By dividing the communication into a few sub--CIN nodes and eircu lar inquire in the LabVJEW process, it was effective to avoid "suspended animation" resulted from the common methods. The experiment indicated the good performance of the reflected memory network, and the LabVIE'W software was reliable, conclusively, the anticipative design intention was achieved.
