摘要:目的了解豫南农村地区中小学生体育锻炼参与状况及其影响因素,为豫南农村地区中小学生体质健康发展提供参考。方法2019年4—6月采用分层整群抽样的方法在豫南地区的南阳、驻马店、信阳市农村地区共抽取3864名中小学生进行体育锻炼参与情况及影响因素的调查,统计方法采用logistic回归分析等。结果豫南农村地区中小学生体育锻炼参加情况≥60 min/d的学生占14.18%,掌握运动项目情况≥2项占42.52%,体育课外活动参加≥3次/周的学生占23.63%,大课间依然有27.98%的学生不参与体育锻炼。认为体育课无趣味(35.74%)、不喜欢体育教师(17.00%)、体育器材场地不足(28.57%)、父母不支持锻炼(8.41%)、无校外体育指导(38.22%)、体育成绩不影响升学评优(18.12%)的学生存在一定比例。Logistic回归分析表明,男生(OR=1.24,95%CI:1.03~1.45)、高中(OR=0.56,95%CI:0.41~0.71)、不喜欢体育教师(OR=1.86,95%CI:1.47~2.25)、无校外体育指导(OR=1.54,95%CI:1.24~1.84)等因素是影响中小学生参与体育锻炼的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论豫南农村地区中小学生体育锻炼参与状况不佳,应关注女生、高中学生、体育教师师资水平,以提高本地区中小学生的体育锻炼参与度。
Objective To understand the physical exercise participation status of primary and middle school students in rural areas of southern Henan and its influencing factors,so as to provide references for the healthy development of physical fitness of primary and secondary school students in rural areas of southern Henan.Methods From April to June 2019,a stratified cluster sampling method was used to sample 3864 primary and middle school students in rural areas of Nanyang,Zhumadian,and Xinyang in southern Henan Province to conduct surveys on physical exercise participation and influencing factors.Logistic regression analysis was used.Results In the rural areas of southern Henan,the students who participated in physical exercise≥60 min/d accounted for 14.18%,those who mastered sports events≥2 events accounted for 42.52%,and the students who participated in physical extracurricular activities≥3 times/week accounted for 23.63%.There were still 27.98%of students not participating in physical exercise.A certain percentage of students thought that physical education classes were not interesting(35.74%),did not like physical education teachers(17.00%),did not have enough space for physical education equipment(28.57%),parents did not support exercise(8.41%),did not have outside physical education guidance(38.22%),and physical education scores did not affect promotion and merit evaluation(18.12%).Logistic regression analysis showed that male students(OR=1.24,95%CI:1.03-1.45),high school(OR=0.56,95%CI:0.41-0.71),dislike of physical education teachers(OR=1.86,95%CI:1.47-2.25),and no out-of-school physical education instruction(OR=1.54,95%CI:1.24-1.84)were factors that influenced primary and secondary school students’participation in important factors in physical activity(P<0.05).Conclusion The physical exercise participation status of primary and middle school students in rural areas in southern Henan is not good,and attention should be paid to the level of girls,high school students,and physical education teachers in order to improve the participation of primary and middle school students in physical exercise in the region.
