摘要：分析了各年龄段高校女教师体育锻炼思想及其存在的主要问题,提出了改进建议,为有效地促进女教师参与体育锻炼提供依据.
Concepts and primal problems of physical exercises among female college teachers are analyzed at different ages. Improvements are presented, which provides advices for promoting female teachers to join physical exercises effectively.
