摘要：宋朝继五代因军事政变而建国,为了不使自己成为第六个短命王朝,对各种有可能危及皇权的势力和个人采取了严密的防范措施,宗室也不例外。宋朝将加强宗室内部的监管和政府职能部门的监察与严惩他们的不法犯罪活动结合起来,同时还极力促其改造,使其不再违法犯罪,建立了一个较为严密的防范、监督、惩治管理体系,有效地遏制了其违法犯罪活动,巩固了王朝统治。
Song Dynasty took preventive measures against the group and individuals which might endan-ger its rule,imperial clan being no exception.Song Dynasty not only strengthened the supervision function of the government departments,but severely punished their crime.These measures resulted in an effective man-agement system of prevention,supervision and punishment.
