摘要:用纸色谱结合紫外光谱分析,对甘蓝型油菜种皮中黄酮类色素进行了分离及种类鉴定,发现甘蓝型黑、黄籽油菜种皮中均含有花色素、大量黄酮醇、少量的异黄酮苷及黄酮醇苷。不同之处在于,黑籽中除含有上属成份外还含有大量黄酮,而黄籽中含有大量异黄酮类色素.
The flavones in Brassica napus testa were isolated and identified with paper chromatography and UV spectrophotometry, using yellow-and black seeded oilseed rape varieties as the experimental materials. The results showed that anthocyanin, flavonol, isoflavone glycoside and flavonol glycosdie were present as pigment components in the testa of both types of varieties. However, besides the pigments mentioned above, the black-seeded testa contained much more flavone than the yellow-seeded testa, and the yellow-seeded testa contained much more isoflavone than the black-seeded testa.
