摘要:用固载杂多酸PW12 /SiO2 为催化剂 ,实现了乳酸与正丁醇反应合成乳酸正丁酯 .最佳合成条件为 :n(酸 )∶n(醇 ) =1∶3.0 ,催化剂用量为乳酸质量的 5 %,反应时间为 2h ,产率可达 92 %.催化剂具有容易回收并可循环使用不污染环境等优点 .
In the presence of Heteropoly acid catalys PW 12 /SiO 2,Lactic acid reacted with n-butyl alcohol to form n-butyl lactate.The optimum conditions were as follow:molar ratio of lactic acid to n-butyl alcohol was 1∶3.0,reaction time of reflux was 2h,mass of catalyst was 5% of lactic acid.The yield of n-butyl lactate reached 92%.The catalyst had many advantages,such as easiness to be recovered,feasibility to be used repeatedly,and less pollution to the environment.
