摘要：九年黄泛,不仅使豫东泛区民众在饱偿洪流肆虐的劫难之余,而且还带来了积水淤沙的巨大祸患,恶化了泛区固有的生态环境。抗战胜利后,国民政府成立专门机构,大大加强了对黄泛区的善后救济活动。为此,开展土地复耕、排水与灌溉及植树造林等工作。虽然其着眼点在于救济难民、恢复泛区生产,但客观上为治理改善泛区生态环境作出了贡献。
Yellow River Flood nine years,not only people Flood Area of East raging torrent compensation apart from catastrophe,but also brought the great scourge of silt flowing water,deterioration of the environment inherent in the Pan area.the National Government to set up specialized agencies,greatly enhance the flood area of the aftermath of relief activities.so the implementation of land rehabilitation,drainage and irrigation and afforestation work.Although its focus is the relief of refugees,restoration of pan-zone production,but the objective for the management to improve the functional areas has contributed to the ecological environment.
