摘要:为了实现对工业废气排放的实时监测管理,排除地域限制,设计了一套基于阿里云的工业废气远程监测系统。系统设计包括硬件系统设计和软件系统设计,硬件系统设计包括数据采集电路、ESP8266无线模块电路设计;软件系统设计包括数据采集及数据处理、云端服务器搭建、数据的交互、远程监测网页设计,实现工业废气的远程监测。系统长时间运行结果表明:该系统运行稳定、可准确对工业废气进行监测,测量精度高达0.49%,并实时显示到远程监控客户端界面。
Absrtact:In order to realize the real-time monitoring and management of industrial exhaust emissions and eliminate geographical restrictions,this paper designed a remote monitoring system of industrial exhaust based on Ali Cloud.The system design includes hardware system design and software system design.The hardware system design includes data acquisition circuit and ESP8266 wireless module circuit design.The software system design includes data acquisition and data processing,cloud server construction,data interaction,remote monitoring web page design to realize remote monitoring of industrial waste gas.The system runs for a long time,and the results show that the system can run stably and accurately to monitor industrial exhaust gas.The measurement accuracy is as high as 0.49%,and it can be displayed to the client interface of remote monitoring in real time.
