农用土壤重金属多受体健康风险评价模型及实例应用

摘要:综合考虑了我国现有土壤重金属污染评价体系的不足,基于美国环保署(USEPA)现行的土壤健康风险评价体系,建立了土壤重金属污染的多受体健康风险评价模型。利用所建模型对案例污染场地土壤进行了健康风险评价,结果表明:所涉及暴露途径的平均暴露剂量的排序为:误食土壤暴露途径的重金属暴露剂量(ADD s)>皮肤接触途径的重金属暴露剂量(ADD a)>蔬菜经口暴露途径的重金属暴露剂量(ADD f);案例区域重金属总非致癌风险HI<1,顺序为HQ Ni>HQ Cr>HQ Cd>HQ Cu,对人体基本上不会造成非致癌健康危害,但儿童作为敏感受体,其HI children接近于1;案例区域重金属总致癌风险对于成人和儿童二类受体而言都远超过了国际认可的致癌风险限值1×10-6,分别达R adult(1.89×10-3)和R children(1.41×10-2),且致癌风险的主要贡献途径为误食土壤暴露途径和皮肤接触途径,故农业职业人群已存在较大风险,相关部门应立即有针对性的采取控制和宣传教育手段来缓解该风险。
In consideration of the shortcomings of domestic environmental risk assessment,multi-receptor environmental health risk assessment model of soil heavy metals was developed based on the corresponding procedures of USEPA. Envirommental health risk of heavy metals in the farm land soil in the case area was assessed by the new model based on practical sampling and detection. Results showed that the average daily dose of the pathways considered was in order of ADD 〉 ADDa 〉 ADDf. The total HI of heay metals was under the non-carcinogens risk limit 1, in order of Ni 〉 Cr 〉 Cd 〉 Cu, so that there was little non-carcinogens risk to the adult receptor but not the children. For both adult receptor and children receptor, the total carcinogens risk, R was obviously above the limit value 1 × 10^-6, and Rs , Ra were the main exposure pathways, so the receptors concerning the occupation of farming have faced the prominent risk and the corresponding actions by national administrative department were needed immediately.
