摘要：随着素质教育在教学诸领域逐步铺开,在体育教学过程中仅注重对学生进行体育的基本知识、基本技术和基本技能的传授是远远不够的,更应该注重对学生体育能力的培养,让学生去掌握科学锻炼身体的方法,养成自觉锻炼身体的习惯,树立终身体育的思想。
With the spreading of quality education, it is not enough just to teach students' basic physical knowledge and develop their basic skill. Teachers should pay more attention to developing students' physical ability, teaching them how to exercise by themselves and help them to develop habits of doing exercise and keep it all the life.
