摘要:在提出一种采用RL暂态分析原理实现电感测量方法的基础上,充分利用STM32单片机的硬件资源和简洁、高效的软件设计思想,结合少量常见元器件设计了结构简单的电感测量电路,同时利用LabVIEW平台编写了上位机程序,最后通过误差分析从元件选择和软件编写两方面进一步降低了仪器的系统误差。经实际测试和实验室试用证明,该测量仪性能稳定,操作方便,测量结果精度较高,且显示迅速、清晰,可以自动记录测试若干个测量值,且具有较强的扩展性。
Based on proposing the RL transient analysis principle to measure the inductance, a simple inductance measurement circuit was designed which made full use of STM32 microcontroller hardware resources and simple, effi- cient software design ideas, composed by a single chip microcomputer and a small amount common components, at the same time, the PC program was prepared through LabVIEW platform, and the instrument systematic errors was further reduced by error analysis from component selection and preparation of software in the end. The practical test and labo- ratory trials proved the measuring instrument was featured with stable performance, easy operation, accuracy measure- ment, rapidly and clearly shown, meanwhile, it can automatically record many test results, and had strong extensibility.
