摘要：采用湿法消解的方法对槐花蜜、枣花蜜和百花蜜进行前处理,用火焰原子吸收法对处理过的三种蜂蜜中铁、镁和锌元素含量进行测定,测得三种蜂蜜中百花蜜所含铁、镁、锌三种微量元素均高于槐花蜜和枣花蜜,槐花蜜所含三种微量元素含量均最少,为更正关于枣花蜜含铁量高、可补血养颜,槐花蜜含镁量高、可调节血压等习惯性误区提供可参考依据。
The method of wet digestion was used to pretreat the nectar,jujube nectar and flower nectar,and then the contents of zinc,magnesium and iron in the three processed honeys were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The content of wildflower honey of the iron,magnesium and zinc in the three honey species was higher than that of sophora flower honey and jujube flower honey,sophora flower honey contains the least content of three trace elements,Provide reference for the Correction of customary misunderstandings,such as jujube flower honey is high in iron and can nourish the blood and nourish the face,sophora flower honey is high in magnesium and can regulate blood pressure and so on.
