摘要：以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和硝酸铬为原料,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和乙醇为溶剂,制备纺丝液,采用静电纺丝法制备Cr_2O_3纤维。研究了PVP用量、溶剂比例和硝酸铬用量对试样的影响。利用同步热分析仪,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对试样进行表征。结果表明,PVP用量、溶剂比例和硝酸铬用量对试样的形貌有较大影响,所得产物均为纯相的Cr_2O_3;在实验条件下,当PVP用量为1.0 g,硝酸铬用量为1.0 g,溶剂比例为6 mL DMF+5 mL乙醇时,可通过静电纺丝得到较长的Cr_2O_3纤维。
With PVP and chromic nitrate as raw materials,DMF and ethanol as solvents,the solution for electrospinning was prepared,and the Cr2O3 fibers were prepared by electrospinning method.The effects of different amounts of PVP and chromic nitrate,and the ratios of solvents on the samples were investigated.The samples were characterized by Simultaneous Thermal Analysis,SEM and XRD.The results show that the amounts of PVP and chromic nitrate,and the ratios of solvents have great influence on the morphology of samples,and the prepared products are pure phase Cr2O3 powders. Under the experimental conditions,when the process conditions are the amounts of PVP of 1. 0 g,the amounts of chromic nitrate of 1. 0 g,and the ratios of solvents of 6 mL DMF＋5 mL ethanol,the longer Cr2O3 fibers can be prepared by electrospinning method.
