摘要：为了解转型高校大学生就业压力状况及其在政治面貌、职务与年级等方面的差异,采用大学生就业压力状况问卷,随机抽取河南省转型高校新乡学院181名在校大学生进行调查。结果显示:转型高校大学生普遍存在中等以上水平的就业压力(93.4%);转型高校大学生就业压力在政治面貌、职务与年级等方面存在统计学意义上的显著差异。
181 randomly-selected collage students in Xinxiang Collage, He＇nan province, responded to a questionnaire of college students employment pressure. The results show that 93. 4% of the under- graduates i.n restructured colleges feel above-medial employment pressure that is statistically related to the political background, posts and grades in school.
