摘要：实践教学是法学教育体系的重要组成部分,它直接关系到高等教育法学人才培养目标的实现问题。在法学教育中重视实践教学,构建高校法学专业实践教学体系及建构科学的法学实践教学课程体系,规范和完善传统的实践教学形式,拓宽法律实践教学的渠道,引入新的法学实践教学形式,完善科学的质量评价体系,造就一支高素质的实践教学教师队伍。
Practical teaching is an important part of legal education system,which is directly related to the accomplishment of the personnel training goals in higher education institutions.It is proposed to emphasize the practical teaching in legal education,construct a scientific law practice teaching course system,standardize and improve the practical teaching of traditional forms,expand the channels of legal practice teaching,introduce new forms of teaching practice of law,improve the scientific quality evaluation system,and bring up a high-quality practical teaching staff.
