摘要:采用均匀络合共沉淀法,用 Al部分替代Ni,选择合适的成球剂,合成分子式为Ni0.8Al0.2(OH)2·(n-x)H2O·xNH3的亚微米级球形α-Ni(OH)2。并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、差热技术、扫描电镜和傅立叶变换红外(FTIR),对其结构以及相组成进行研究。电化学测试表明:制得的亚微米级球形α-Ni(OH)2与普通的α-Ni(OH)2和球形β-Ni(OH)2相比。具有电化学比容量高、活性物质利用率高和循环可逆性好等优点。
Submicronic spherical compounds of formula Ni0.8Al0.2 (OH)2·(n-x)H2O·xNH3, having the same structure as that of α-Ni(OH)2, were synthesized with method of homogeneous complexing co-precipitation by substituting nickel with aluminum and using appropriate conglobating reagent. The structure, morphology and composition of the compounds were investigated by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The electrode comprising the prepared α-Ni(OH)2 had greater specific capacity and higher utilization of active material than the ordinary α-Ni(OH)2 and β-Ni(OH)2 electrode. Cyclic voltammetry results showed that the compound had better reversibility.
