摘要：生物化工工艺专业普通生物学实验内容的选择设计,应注意基础性与工具性、学科交叉性、典型性与对比性,以及探究性与创新性。实验教学实践过程中要注意实验材料的选择与保存,以及教师示范与学生实验操作的统一,突出实验内容"静态过程动态化",开展验证性实验向探究性实验的转化。
The option design of the general biological experiments of the bio-chemical engineering major should be placed emphasis upon the basic and instrumental,inter-disciplinary,typical and relative property,inquiry and innovation.The selection and conservation of the experimental materials should be paid attention to in the process of experimental teaching,the same as the unification of the demonstrations by teachers and the experimental operations by the students,synchronously,the highlights of experimental contents which has the feature of ＂a static process which is of dynamic＂.During the process of the experimental teaching,the conversion of replication experiment to inquiry experiment should be carried out extensively.
