摘要:研究带预制孔冲压件拉深成形中预制孔径对成形的影响。建立了翻边极限理论模型,对典型尺寸零件的计算结果与实验误差为13.97%,由此验证了理论模型的准确性,此外,建立了翻边和拉深成形的广义有限元模型,通过对不同压边力极限翻边预制孔径拉深成形的计算,可知,压边力较小时在翻边之初存在较小的拉深变形,通过对不同小于极限翻边预制孔径拉深成形进行了计算,可知,预制孔在拉深之初存在较小的翻边变形。探究的变形规律可为冲压工艺控制提供了方法和依据。
Study on the influence of the diameter of the prefabricated hole to forming of the punching part with the prefabricated hole in the forming process. A flanging limit theory model was established, through computing for the typical size part, and the error between calculation result and the experimental result was 13.97% so as to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model. Moreover, the generalized finite element mode of flanging and drawing was established. Through computing for the part with limit flange diameter of the prefabricated hole with different edge pressing force, the results show that there is smaller drawing deformation in the beginning of flanging. Through computing for the parts with different hole diameters which are less than limit flange diameter of the prefabricated hole, the results show that there is smaller flanging deformation in the beginning of drawing. The deformation law studied can provide the method and basis for the process control.
